About the role:
  
As our Customer Service Coordinator – Reservations, you will be the first point of contact for residents and prospective customers, delivering a consistently high standard of service across front desk, phone and email enquiries. This role exists to ensure a seamless resident experience while effectively managing reservations and supporting occupancy outcomes for the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  
At a glance, you will:

  • Be the friendly face of the property – supporting residents and guests, answering enquiries and delivering a helpful, positive experience every day.
  • Handle enquiries, manage reservations and waitlists, and work to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy targets for UniLodge Brisbane City.
  • Keep reception running smoothly – answer calls and emails, resolve issues, and make sure every interaction is professional and efficient.
  • Assist with room tours, check-ins and check-outs, inspections and maintenance requests, helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.
  • Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment by supporting resident events, wellbeing and day-to-day engagement.

Skills and Experience Required:

With a natural ability to build rapport, you enjoy supporting others and take pride in delivering a positive, seamless experience from first enquiry through to move-in and beyond. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Hold or be able to obtain a current Registration Certificate with the Office of Fair Trading
  • A passion for customer service and creating positive resident experiences
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse community
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Valid National Police Check + Unrestricted Working Rights.
