We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care Consultant to manage the end-to-end customer support and service workflow for our premium Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments. In this role, you will guide our clients through their entire journey—from the initial exchange of contracts, through construction and settlement, and into the post-settlement phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Relationship Management: Act as the primary, proactive contact for clients from contract exchange through to post-settlement, ensuring they feel valued at every step.
  • Proactive Communication: Deliver high-quality, regular, and accurate written and verbal updates regarding construction progress and milestones.
  • Issue Resolution: Professionally address, track, and resolve any client issues in an effective, timely, and proactive manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the vital conduit between sales, marketing, drafting, construction, service, finance, and the customer.
  • On-Site Inspections & Handover: Coordinate and exceptionally deliver necessary on-site inspections, including the final handover at settlement.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and job records within our industry IT platforms (Settld and Property Base).

What You Bring

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of customer relations experience specifically within the home building or property development industry.
  • Domain Knowledge: A sound understanding of off-the-plan new apartment purchasing, construction processes, settlement/handover protocols, and Contracts for Sale.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build rapport, anticipate client needs, and create genuine experiences that foster long-term loyalty and referrals.
  • Tech Savvy: Previous experience with CRM systems (Settld and Property Base are highly desirable; Click Home is beneficial) alongside high attention to detail for data processing.
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent business writing and report presentation skills, immaculate presentation, and a collaborative yet autonomous "can-do" work ethic.
  • Compliance: A current driver’s licence and Australian Permanent Residency are required.
