CRM Administrator

CRM Administrator to lead CRM reporting, data quality and user adoption initiatives.

Your new roleAs the CRM Administrator, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, internal users, and the CRM implementation partner. You will support the rollout and ongoing optimisation of the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and meaningful reporting capabilities.Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and maintaining the CRM platform
• Supporting CRM rollout activities across multiple faculties and business units
• Managing data cleansing, data quality, and governance processes
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and executive reporting
• Working closely with implementation partners and CRM architects
• Translating business requirements into reporting and system solutions
• Facilitating user training sessions, workshops, and focus groups
• Providing ongoing support and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
• Assisting with the development of impact measurement and reporting frameworks
• Supporting senior leadership reporting requirements, including executive dashboards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a CRM Administrator, CRM Analyst, CRM Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar
• Strong data management, data cleansing, and data quality experience
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business insights
