Corporate Services Manager

Luxco Energy is part of the NSEG of companies. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services

Manager to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Australian leadership

teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping the

operational success and strategic growth for our group of companies. The position is based in

Melbourne but responsible for branches Australia wide.

Key Responsibilities

 Advise senior management on administrative and operational matters, and assist with

strategic planning and goal setting.

 Develop and manage the company's administrative, financial, physical, and staffing

resources. This includes planning facilities and managing budgets.

 Create and implement procedural statements and guidelines for the organization's

administrative, financial, and operational activities.

 Lead and develop the administrative and corporate services staff to ensure smooth

business operations and support.

 Support financial reporting and budget preparation by providing essential information

and analysis.

 Ensure the company operations and strategies comply with applicable laws and

regulations, including those related to risk, work health and safety, and equal

employment opportunity.

 Represent the organisation in negotiations and organise product presentations to

Government departments, manufacturing industry and the construction industry.

 Analyse complex operating and management issues and initiatives that affect the

business, and prepare associated reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of work experience in managerial position

Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Have a working knowledge of renewable energy industry and construction.

This is a full-time position. The remuneration package is between $80K - $100K per annum
