The Company
Established more than 40 years ago, this privately owned South Australian builder has grown from a small trade based business into an award winning commercial construction company. They deliver new build, design and construct, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the education, aged care, community, commercial and industrial sectors, with project values generally reaching $20 million.
Recent projects include a community housing apartment development and a two-storey aged care extension, both formally recognised at industry excellence awards within the past month.

The Role
- Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and project cost reporting
- Assess progress claims, variations, invoices and payment schedules
- Maintain project budgets, forecasts, registers and contractual documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors throughout project delivery
The Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 3 plus years’ experience as a CA in commercial or multi residential construction
- Local Adelaide experience and a strong subcontractor network highly beneficial
