    As a Contractor Psychologist, you will:

    • Provide evidence-based assessments, intervention, and therapeutic support to children aged 0–12 years
    • Support children with developmental concerns, disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions
    • Deliver services across clinics, homes, schools, preschools, and community settings
    • Develop functional, measurable goals in partnership with children and their families
    • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
    • Provide coaching, education, and capacity-building support to families, carers, educators, and support networks
    • Complete high-quality reports, assessments, and NDIS-related documentation
    • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
    • Utilise strengths-based, family-centred, and culturally responsive approaches in service delivery

    • Bachelor's Degree, Honours, Master's Degree, or higher qualification in Psychology
    • Current General Registration with AHPRA
    • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Excellent communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

    ⭐ Highly Regarded

    • Experience working with children and families
    • Experience within NDIS and Early Childhood settings
    • Knowledge of developmental delays, autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, and behavioural presentations
    • Understanding of family-centred and capacity-building approaches
    • Experience delivering services within schools, homes, or community environments
