As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide assessments and evidence-based interventions to NDIS and community clients
• Conduct functional capacity assessments, therapy assessments, and reviews
• Deliver occupational therapy services in community, home, and clinic settings
• Complete assistive technology and home modification recommendations
• Develop therapy plans tailored to individual client goals
• Prepare professional reports and documentation
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage your own flexible caseload with ongoing clinical support available

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
• Comfortable working independently in community settings
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience in NDIS, community, disability, aged care, or paediatric services is highly regarded
• Looking for flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing support
