Employment Responsibilities
- Administer contracts from commencement through to completion
- Review and maintain contracts, purchase orders, scopes of work and supporting documentation
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables and key dates
- Prepare and manage contract correspondence and documentation
- Assist with progress claims, invoicing and payment schedules
- Identify, document and track variations, extensions of time and additional works
- Assist with monthly reporting and commercial administration
- Maintain accurate contract registers and project records
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal operational teams
- Assist with tender submissions, quotations and contract negotiations
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and required documentation
- Ensure contract documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
- Experience within mining, civil construction, earthmoving, transport or a related industry highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of contracts, purchase orders, variations and commercial documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Pay: $78,000.00 - A$90,000.00 per year
