Westforce Construction was originally established in 2006, primarily as a Civil Construction Contractor. Since then the company has grown and diversified into a multi-disciplined Contractor venturing into structural steel fabrication, precast concrete panel fabrication and erection, high and low voltage electrical installation, and the design and construct of civil works and commercial buildings.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company, ISO and WHS requirements.
  • Provide administrative and commercial support to Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships and contractual matters.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence and documentation.
  • Manage variations, extensions of time, delays and other contractual changes.
  • Resolve contract-related issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with subcontractor and service provider engagement and close-out processes.
  • Assist with project scheduling and weekly/monthly programme updates using P6/MSP.
  • Support the preparation of variations, extension of time claims and monthly progress claims.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly ESG reports.
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to the wider project, estimating, quality and HSEQ teams as required.

To be successful, applicants must have 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

  • Confident building relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Strong integrity, accountability and a collaborative approach.
  • Eager to learn, grow and develop your career.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Training in Primavera/MSP and Contract Law is advantageous.

A salary package between $90,000 - $120,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate and will be aligned with your level of experience.
