Full-time Continuous Contract 

37.5 hours per week 

$115,440 - $132,717 per annum 

Total Effective Package*

$140,570 - $162,793

About the role

The Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator (CQIF) works to improve health care systems, processes and outcomes across all of Congress services and programs including regional and town-based services. Key activities involve providing CQI knowledge and support with Communicare Administration, Accreditation, Risk Management, Policies and Procedures, National, NT and Organisation KPI reporting, operational planning, identified CQI projects and the development of monitoring and evaluation plans.

Remote travel to communities is a requirement of this position.
