Construction Supervisor

We're currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join a well-established boutique residential builder delivering high-end new build and refurbishment projects across Perth.

With projects typically valued between $1M–$5M, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that prides itself on quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and investing in the long-term development of its people.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of luxury residential new builds and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, you'll coordinate all site activities while playing a key role in the successful delivery of each project.

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Site Manager within residential construction.
• Have experience delivering custom homes, luxury residential builds, or high-end refurbishment projects.
• Can confidently manage subcontractors, trades, and site programmes.
• Have a strong understanding of residential construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Are ambitious, proactive, and looking to grow their career within a supportive business.
• Hold a current White Card (trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded).
