About the Role

This is a diverse, hands-on role designed for someone seeking a long-term career in construction. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be trained across all aspects of the business and gain practical, real-world experience in both office and on-site environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with estimating, pricing & quantities
  • Assisting with contract administration, purchasing, programming and coordination of subcontractors
  • Assisting with general office/business administration
  • Managing contract administration correspondence and documentation
  • On-site support of supervisor and leading hands

This role offers genuine mentorship and exposure to all stages of multi-residential and commercial construction. There is real opportunity to progress through this role and gain qualifications & licences with our support.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and astute. You should be willing to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a small team in a role with responsibility and variety.

Completion or partial completion of a Construction related Diploma would be advantageous.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Competent mathematics and literacy skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Capable of working independently and/or as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence
