Construction Manager - Display Homes

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager who understands what it takes to deliver display-quality homes and sales environments that showcase excellence from every angle.
Based across Sth East QLD, you'll oversee a portfolio of display home projects and lead their successful delivery from commencement through to grand opening.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple display home projects
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Design, Development and Operations
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and external contractors
- Overseeing landscaping, pools, sales offices, signage and external presentation works
- Managing construction programmes, budgets and project milestones
- Identifying risks and solving problems before they impact project outcomes
- Ensuring every display is delivered to an exceptional standard and ready to open on time
- Driving safety, quality and compliance across all projects

- Proven experience delivering display homes or high-quality residential projects
- Leadership experience managing site-based construction teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for presentation

- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple departments
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
- A track record of delivering quality outcomes within programme timeframes
