Your new role
This is a permanent part-time opportunity for a Compliance Officer to take ownership of a broad mix of quality, security and compliance activities across the Asia-Pacific business.
Working 25 hours per week, you'll have genuine flexibility around how you structure your week, including your working days and start and finish times. The team works remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays, with your remaining agreed days based in the Murarrie office.
You'll work closely with local and international stakeholders to help maintain the organisation's ISO and DISP accreditations and strengthen its internal compliance capability as the business grows.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and improving quality management processes across the Asia-Pacific business
• Supporting ongoing ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and DISP compliance
• Planning and carrying out internal audits
• Supporting DISP annual reporting and ongoing accreditation requirements
• Keeping quality and security policies, processes and documentation up to date
• Monitoring relevant changes to regulations and industry standards
• Helping teams across the business understand and follow compliance requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement as the Australian operation grows

What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally bring:

• At least two years' experience in compliance, internal auditing, quality assurance or a similar role
• Experience working with ISO standards or within a highly regulated environment
• An understanding of cyber security and information security practices
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, process-led approach
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• The confidence to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
• The ability to learn new systems, processes and compliance frameworks
• A relevant bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment would be highly regarded.
• Due to the nature of the organisation's work, you'll need to meet the eligibility requirements to obtain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance and complete the required background screening. The organisation can sponsor the clearance process for the successful candidate.
