Our opportunity to you

As a Community Remedy Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering hospital substitution type care in the Northshore area of Sydney.  We provide a service during business hours, 7 days per week in the community. 

This is a permanent part-time position offering 22.5 hours per week, requires availability across a 7 day rotating roster - day time hours, no nights.

The day to day

  • Delivering excellent clinical care in the community for our Hospital Care at Home and Rehabilitation at Home clients
  • Completing in-home clinical assessments
  • Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs 
  • Complex wound care and drain tube management
  • Improving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians
  • Joining a warm and friendly group of highly skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about teamwork, supporting their colleagues and providing an outstanding level of care to their clients

About You

  • Registered Nurse, Division 1 qualification, and current AHPRA registration
  • 2+ years community and/or acute hospital nursing experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight timeframes and competing priorities
  • Current driver’s licence and registered, insured roadworthy vehicle
  • Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community
