About the Opportunity
The Communications Officer provides communications, event and sponsorship coordination, and community engagement support to operational programs and initiatives across SafeWork SA. The role contributes to the delivery of internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement activities and events, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and aligned with agency objectives and branding requirements.
About the Business
SafeWork SA is a business unit within Attorney-General’s Department and is responsible for providing work, health and safety, public safety, and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia. As a regulator, our Investigators and Inspectors ensure work, health and safety, and public safety standards are met, and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected. We also help people better understand their work health and safety responsibilities.

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
