About the Role
You'll be part of a talented culinary team delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants, bars and event spaces.
Working in a supportive environment, you'll develop your cooking skills while helping prepare and present meals to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality career within a large resort operation and learn from experienced kitchen professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook meals to menu and recipe standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Support stock management and kitchen organisation
- Work closely with chefs and service teams
About You
You're passionate about food, eager to learn and excited to build your culinary career in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You'll bring:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Food Safety Certificate (RSA desirable)
- Experience in a resort, hotel or commercial kitchen environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude and passion for quality food
