This is a great opportunity to manage a portfolio of just 50–60 commercial properties, with no trust accounting, training and support, and the chance to get involved in business development.

The Role
- Manage ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections.
- Communicate with owners and tenants.
- Manage rental arrears, notices and lease renewals.
- Conduct onsite visits as required.
- Issue breach notices where necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
About You
- Experience managing a residential or commercial property portfolio.
- Current Certificate of Registration or real estate licence.
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
