As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include: 

• Manage a commercial and industrial property portfolio
• Deliver high-quality property management services across some retail, and predominately industrial assets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners and occupiers
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and performance

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

• At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role. Ideally industrial exp
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• A real passion for commercial property management
• Outstanding client services
• A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
• A current Queensland driver's license.
