Commercial Property Manager
- Manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and/or mixed-use assets

I’m currently working with a well-established and growing commercial property business that is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of commercial property management and wants to work closely with owners and tenants across a quality portfolio.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of commercial, industrial and/or mixed-use assets
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Managing leases, renewals, arrears and tenant enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Managing budgets, outgoings and financial reporting
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance
- Working closely with the wider property team
About You We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in commercial property management
- Open to residential PM's with minimum 2 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of Queensland commercial property practices
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
- A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
