An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a market-leading Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne.Working closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, you will advise a premium client base across a broad range of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. This will include:

• General commercial litigation
• Contentious regulatory investigations and disputes
• Commercial and corporate disputes
• Internal investigations and inquiries
• Class actions
• Complex and strategic disputes for local, national and international clients

You will have the opportunity to contribute to major matters, manage key aspects of files, identify legal and commercial issues, and work closely with clients to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice. • 2+ years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
• Experience gained from a top-tier, national or international law firm, or a strong in-house disputes environment
• Strong technical legal skills and a practical, commercial mindset
• Excellent academics and strong attention to detail
• Experience advising on complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters or investigations
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and contribute to a market-leading disputes practice
• An interest in innovation, continuous improvement and emerging technologies, including AI
