This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Commercial Lawyer to join a well-established boutique practice with a strong reputation in the Western Australian market. Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial matters while enjoying genuine mentoring, autonomy, and work/life balance.
About the Firm
Our client is a long-standing boutique commercial law firm that advises individuals, businesses, and organisations across a diverse range of commercial and dispute-related matters.
The Role
- Work alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a variety of commercial matters, ranging from day-to-day advisory work to more complex legal matters.
- Assist with and manage commercial transactions, contract matters, and dispute resolution files, with responsibility increasing in line with your experience.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice to an established client base.
About You
- You will ideally have between 1 and 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial law, with any exposure to strata titles viewed favourably.
- You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with a client-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- You will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
