About the role:

Join one of Australia’s leading stair manufacturers as a CNC Supervisor at our Braeside branch. This full-time role offers the chance to lead a skilled team in our CNC department, working Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

You’ll combine leadership and hands-on expertise to deliver precision-made stair components using world-class technology. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where your craftsmanship and leadership will directly shape the quality of our products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and support a 5-person CNC Department.
  • Oversee and assist with the production of solid timber stair components.
  • Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines and tools.

Your work will rotate on the following machines -

  • Flatbed Woodtron
  • 3 x Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover A
  • Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover C

What you'll bring:

We’re looking for a proactive leader who values precision, safety, and craftsmanship. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a CNC or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating CNC machines (timber preferred).
  • A current Australian drivers licence.
  • A trade qualification (carpentry or joinery preferred).
  • Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar industry (bonus points!).
