CNC Machinist

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at our Rutherford facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machinery, including mills, lathes and multi-axis equipment, to manufacture precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications and tolerances to ensure accurate, high-quality output.
- Monitor production schedules and manage workloads to meet delivery targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain tooling, equipment and a safe, organised work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge to support team development.
About You
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Relevant trade qualification in fitting and machining or a similar discipline (preferred, but not essential).
