Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

First Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Clinical Facilitators, supporting nursing students through their clinical placements.
Demand for facilitators is high right now, and we're recruiting across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
If you're an experienced RN who enjoys sharing your knowledge, this is a rewarding way to use your clinical experience to teach, mentor and assess future nurses.
About you
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Available to work casually and commit to block placements of up to 4 weeks
- Strong communication skills, and confidence guiding and assessing students
- Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
