Client Services Officer
- Take ownership of client service delivery and support senior financial advisers.
- Implement complex advice strategies and oversee client onboarding processes.
- Mentor team members and drive operational improvements.
About the role
An opportunity for an experienced CSO to take ownership of client service delivery, support senior financial advisers and improve operational processes. This role combines complex advice implementation with workflow management, mentoring and process improvement as the business prepares for its next stage of growth.
- Lead workflow management and maintain service standards
- Implement complex advice strategies
- Oversee client onboarding, KYC/AML checks and review cycles
- Manage ongoing fee arrangements and business administration
- Handle deceased estates, EPoA matters and platform administration
- Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements
- Mentor team members and help build scalable CSO processes
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in end-to-end financial planning administration/adviser support
- Advanced SOA implementation and complex strategy experience
- Hands-on knowledge of various wrap platforms
- Confident with financial planning CRMs, Microsoft 365 and compliance
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of working autonomously
