They are now seeking a Client Service Officer to provide dedicated support to their Advisers and Executive team. Working closely with the advisory and administration teams, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will support Advisers across a diverse client base, gaining valuable exposure to financial planning, accounting, succession planning and estate planning matters.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Advisers' diaries, appointments, and inboxes, ensuring priorities are well organised
- Preparing meeting agendas, client review packs, and correspondence ahead of client appointments
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients (portfolio of around 300 clients), handling queries and coordinating documentation requests
- Preparing and processing new business applications, and managing the implementation of advice
- Assisting with the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOA) and supporting compliance documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records within the CRM and practice management systems
- Liaising with platforms, fund managers, and other third parties on behalf of clients and advisers
- Providing broader administrative and executive support to the Advisory and Executive team as required
To be considered for the exceptional opportunity, you will:
- Have 1-3 years’ experience in a financial planning firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be excited to progress your career through to financial planner
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Enjoy mentoring others and working collaboratively within a team
