The Opportunity

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, privately owned businesses, and complex groups

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted business adviser

• Review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work

• Provide advice across tax planning, structuring, and broader business matters

• Manage workflow and oversee, mentor, and develop accounting staff

• Work directly with Partners on complex tax and advisory matters

 
About You

• Experience at Client Manager, Manager or experienced Supervisor level within Australian public practice

• 5+ years Tax & Business Services experience

• Experience managing a portfolio and developing client relationships

• Strong review skills and experience mentoring accounting staff

• CA or CPA qualified

• Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• Able to work independently within a collaborative remote environment
