Client Executive - SME

Our client is a highly regarded insurance brokerage with a loyal client base and a people-first culture. As the business continues to grow they are looking for a Client Executive to join the SME team in Melbourne.

As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a SME portfolio, working closely with clients, underwriters and a supportive team.

You will also be:

• Processing new business and renewals
• Preparing insurance proposals, submissions and client documentation
• Obtaining and negotiating insurance quotations
• Binding coverage and assisting with policy administration
• Resolving client and policy-related queries and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the wider broking team and contributing to new business opportunities

To Excel in the role, you will have:

• Recent experience in a SME/Commercial broking role
• Strong knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes
• Tier 1 broking qualification (Essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence talking to clients and building relationships
