Civil Supervisor

An established national civil contractor with a strong track record across major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects is looking to add two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to their team. With a strong pipeline of long-term work across Adelaide, there are opportunities to join major subdivision projects in both North and South Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations across major subdivision projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site crews
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
• Monitoring quality, productivity and site progress
• Managing site resources, materials and equipment
• Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery

About You:

• Civil construction experience, ideally across subdivision projects
• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor / Civil Foreman 
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Good understanding of site safety, quality and project programmes
• Ability to coordinate crews and keep projects moving
