Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations across multiple civil construction projects for the Sunshine Coast & Gympie Region
- Coordinate subcontractors, operators, labour and suppliers
- Manage construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and subdivisions
- Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and project requirements
- Complete site documentation including daily diaries, inspections and reports
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients to achieve project outcomes
- Drive a positive safety and performance culture on site
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within civil construction
- Strong background delivering subdivision, road or civil infrastructure projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and site crews
- Sound understanding of earthworks, drainage, water, sewer and road construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery
