2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for ongoing projects across Perth, with opportunities available in Mandurah and East Perth.

These roles are ideal for operators with a strong background in civil construction, subdivision works, trenching and excavation around live services.

• $50 per hour flat
• Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour days
• Ongoing work across multiple locations
• Immediate starts available
• Consistent weekday work

About the Role
You will be working on civil construction and subdivision projects, carrying out a range of duties including:

• Operating machinery across subdivision and civil construction sites
• Trenching and excavation works
• Digging around live underground services
• General earthworks and site preparation
• Assisting with vac truck operations and other civil duties as required
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and following site procedures

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in civil construction and subdivision works
• Experience trenching and excavating around live services
• Excavator operating experience
• Skid steer operating experience
• A current HR licence
• Vac truck experience (highly desirable)
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Candidates with multiple machinery tickets and the ability to work across different civil tasks will be highly regarded.
