We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Operator with proven Final Trim Grader experience to join a growing civil construction team in the Whitsunday Region. Working across a variety of civil projects, you will be responsible for operating graders to achieve precise final trim outcomes while supporting the successful delivery of roadworks, subdivisions and other civil infrastructure projects.You will work closely with site supervisors and project teams to maintain productivity, safety and quality standards while contributing to a positive team culture.What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience operating a grader in civil construction environments Proven Final Trim experience Strong understanding of civil construction and earthworks projects White Card Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work effectively within a team environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Contactable work references Australian Citizenship required
