Join a leading NSW-based civil contractor delivering high-quality subdivision projects. We’re seeking an experienced Civil Labourer for an immediate start, with consistent hours, strong site conditions, and the opportunity to transition onto a 12-month project.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with civil construction tasks across subdivision sites
- Operating machinery including roller and front dump truck
- Supporting crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
- Working closely with supervisors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction
- Valid RII tickets for Roller and Dump Truck operation (Essential)
- Strong reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to start early, with overtime and occasional weekend work as required
