The Role
- Preparing estimates, quantity calculations and cost breakdowns.
- Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Preparing pricing schedules, tender submissions and supporting documents.
- Identifying project risks and opportunities to improve costs.
- Maintaining supplier rates and historical cost information.
The Criteria
- Estimating experience is a bonus, but if you’re keen to pivot into this type of work, we’d love to hear from you too
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator
- Excited to learn and grow within the construction industry
- Good computer skills, including Excel
- Happy working full time from Murray Bridge
