Civil Engineer
- Design and deliver civil and stormwater projects from concept to approval.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to design documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

You will be involved in the design and delivery of quality civil and stormwater projects from concept through to approval and delivery, working closely with senior engineers who are invested in your development.
This role is ideal for an engineer with 5 years experience who is ready to build confidence, take on greater responsibility, and accelerate their career in a supportive and high-quality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Civil & Stormwater Design for Residential, Commercial & Industrial projects – stormwater drainage (OSD & WSUD), civil earthworks, site grading, flooding, driveway & vehicular access, roads/pavements etc.
- Assisting with design documentation for engineering drawings/plans & reports
- Supporting CDC/DA/CC (Construction) Documentation and coordination with clients & stakeholders
- Contributing to design reviews and learning best-practice workflows and standards
- Site Inspections
- Liaising with councils, architects and consultants
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to approval
- Contributing to design solutions and problem solving
About you
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)
- MINIMUM 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
- Working knowledge of typical civil design deliverables and approvals pathways
- Familiarity with industry tools (eg. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, TUFLOW, MUSIC)
- Site Inspection experience
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
