With a $200 million redevelopment planned over the next five years, this established aged care and retirement living provider is entering an ambitious new chapter. 

We’re searching for an accomplished, energetic CFO who can think strategically, lead operationally and turn big-picture ambitions into achievable outcomes. 

THE OPPORTUNITY – NUMBERS WITH PURPOSE 

There’s plenty here to engage a commercially astute finance leader: 

• $200M redevelopment – Shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions. 

• $30M operating business – Guide financial performance, governance and commercial stewardship. 

• Board and Committee leadership – Be the trusted financial adviser to the Board, contribute to strategic decisions and lead the Audit and Risk Committee. 

• Broad executive remit – Lead finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships. 

Importantly, you’re not inheriting a broken finance function. You’ll have an established, capable team and mature financial processes to build upon. 

Your contribution will extend well beyond the numbers.

AND YOU ARE…? 

An accomplished CFO, Head of Finance or Financial Controller with commercial nous, emotional intelligence and a healthy dose of curiosity. 

You’ll bring: 

• CA or CPA qualifications and essential aged care experience – residential aged care, retirement living or home care. 

• Strong strategic and operational finance leadership, governance and commercial judgement. 

• Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements. 

• The confidence to influence, communicate and challenge constructively. 

• Energy, resourcefulness and a genuine willingness to get involved.
