We're launching an exciting new Eurest site in Richlands and looking for a passionate, creative Chef to help shape something special. This is more than just a Chef role, it's a unique opportunity to help build a thriving food destination from the ground up. Enjoy a sought-after Monday to Friday roster, 6:00am to 2:00pm, giving you your evenings and weekends back.

THE POSITION
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings
- Strong skills in supporting daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
- Ability to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
- Experience mentoring and motivating kitchen staff
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management
- Professional communication skills and client-focused attitude
- Comfortable working with digital systems for ordering and rostering
THE PERSON
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Skilled in buffet-style and à la carte service, with strong time management and allergen awareness
- Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices
- Passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service
