$72,767.00 Annually Base + 12% Superannuation ($81,499.04 Package)

Here's a great opportunity for a Chef to come and join our small team at our clients cafe based in Mulgrave.  This opportunity is on a Full Time basis, working Monday to Friday from 6:30am – 2:30pm.

THE POSITION

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
• Come up with creative menu ideas for our customers
• HACCP and food safety
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control
• Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times

THE PERSON

• 2+ years experience as a Chef in a high volume environment
• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
