As a permanent Case Worker based in Kununurra with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people in Out-of-Home Care to feel safe, connected, and empowered to thrive. Through therapeutic case management, frontline coaching, and collaborative care planning, you'll help create meaningful and lasting outcomes for young people and their support networks.

💼 What You'll Bring
- Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work (or currently working towards)
- Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
- Strong documentation, organisational and compliance capabilities
- Current driver's licence and required probity clearances
- Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

- Lead and review case plans to achieve therapeutic, cultural, and individual goals
- Coach and support frontline staff to embed therapeutic strategies in everyday care

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments for children and young people
- Support the delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices across services
