Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next opportunity within a well-established aged care provider?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large nursing home near Wahroonga, where you can lead and support clinical teams within a fully compliant facility that is running smoothly.
With an established leadership structure and a strong operational foundation, this role offers the opportunity to focus on clinical leadership, team development and delivering high-quality care to residents.
The Opportunity
As Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical care delivery, supporting your team and ensuring residents receive the highest possible standard of care.
You'll be joining an established leadership structure comprising a Facility Manager, two Care Managers, Registered Nurses and care staff, providing a collaborative environment with clear lines of responsibility.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least one year's experience working as a Care Manager within aged care
- Strong clinical leadership and team management capabilities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- The ability to support, develop and motivate clinical teams
