Radiant Joinery is a boutique cabinetmaking company delivering architecturally detailed residential and commercial joinery to interior designers, architects, and custom builders. We specialise in high-quality, design-led projects and have built a reputation for excellence, precision, and reliability.

You'll be joining a small, professional team of versatile tradesmen - including Australian, French, Iranian, and German craftsmen - all passionate about delivering exceptional work with a European design influence.

We're currently looking for an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a hands-on factory-based role involving all aspects of cabinetmaking and high-end joinery production.

Please note: This position is based in Perth, WA. Applicants currently located in Melbourne must be willing and able to relocate to Perth for the role.

There is also a Production Manager opportunity available with Radiant Joinery for an experienced candidate with the right leadership and production background. If this is more aligned with your experience, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

Duties will include:

• Machining and general assembly
• Laminating, curves, veneer and working with solid timber
• Clear lacquer application
• Installation work as required
• Material handling
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop
• Operating machinery and tools including CNC machine, edgebander, panel saw, hand routers and power tools

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• A trade qualification in cabinetmaking
• At least 3 years of previous cabinetmaking experience across all aspects of factory work
• Experience with machining, assembly, laminating, veneer, curves and solid timber work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
