Cabinet Maker

One Stop Joinery located in Bells Creek QLD 4551 is an Australian, family-owned joinery company specialising in high-quality custom cabinetry and commercial interiors across South East Queensland.
  
One Stop Joinery is now looking for a Cabinet Maker to join their team.
  
The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to manufacture custom cabinetry
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as timber, laminates, and veneers
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Install cabinets, fittings, and fixtures on-site to required standards
• Ensure high-quality finishes, including sanding, edging, and polishing
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other trades on projects
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop and follow safety procedures
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cabinet Maker;
• Proficiency in using woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and finishes
• Knowledge of materials such as timber, laminates, and hardware
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $79,000 - $82,000
