CABINET MAKER / SOLID SURFACE FABRICATOR
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cabinet Maker to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in cabinet making, joinery and/or solid surface fabrication who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Assembling cabinetry and custom joinery
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
- Cutting, machining, assembling and finishing cabinetry
- Fabricating solid surface products, including benchtops and custom components
- Cutting, joining, sanding, polishing and finishing solid surface materials
- Preparing products for installation
- Using workshop machinery, power tools and hand tools
- Completing work accurately to measurements and specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Assisting with installations where required
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- Cabinet making, joinery or similar trade experience
- Solid surface fabrication experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements
- Confidence using workshop machinery and power tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred
