Building Manager Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for multiple Building Manager positions across Sydney CBD, the Eastern Suburbs, Western Suburbs and  North Sydney.

These are separate opportunities located at individual sites, offering flexibility for candidates seeking a role within their preferred area.

The Role

Working within residential and mixed-use developments, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of your assigned building, ensuring a high standard of presentation, maintenance and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance and repair works
• Conduct routine building inspections
• Manage resident enquiries and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor WHS requirements and building compliance
• Liaise with strata committees, owners and property managers
• Ensure common areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard

About You

• Previous experience in Building Management, Facilities Management or a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing contractors and service providers
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing tasks
• Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving
