Ready to take ownership of residential building operations?
We’re recruiting for multiple Building Management opportunities across Sydney, covering residential buildings in Woollahra, Dulwich Hill, Woolloomooloo, Mascot, Strathfield and Lewisham.
These opportunities would suit Building Managers with 1–2 years of experience who are ready for their next step, as well as Assistant Building Managers or candidates from facilities management, hotel maintenance or strata with the transferable skills to succeed.
The role You’ll play an important part in ensuring residential buildings are maintained to a high standard, residents receive a professional service and maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation and presentation of residential buildings.
- Coordinating contractors, trades and preventative maintenance.
- Managing maintenance requests and following up on outstanding works.
- Supporting building compliance, safety and operational procedures.
- Communicating with residents and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Conducting inspections and identifying maintenance or building issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring work is completed to the required standard.
About you We’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience in Building Management, Assistant Building Management, facilities, hotel maintenance or strata.
- Strong contractor coordination and practical problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to maintenance, inspections and building presentation.
- Clear communication and a professional approach to resident relationships.
- The ability to manage competing priorities across residential buildings.
Candidates with 1–2 years of Building Management experience are particularly encouraged to apply. We’re also happy to consider people with transferable skills who can demonstrate the right operational capability.
