We're looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to take ownership of our Flavour Enhancers portfolio, including trusted brands such as Oli & Vine, Praise and ETA, driving growth across the Australian Foodservice market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who loves bringing brands to life, leading cross-functional projects, and turning customer and market insights into profitable growth.
What you'll be responsible for
- Developing and executing the Foodservice marketing strategy for our Flavour Enhancers portfolio
- Leading annual brand plans and supporting a longer-term portfolio growth strategy
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, new product development and channel growth
- Translating customer, operator and market insights into impactful marketing campaigns
- Managing end-to-end product launches, packaging updates and go-to-market initiatives
- Partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D and Finance to deliver commercial outcomes
- Representing our brands through customer engagement initiatives, industry events and trade shows
- Managing agency partners to deliver compelling communications and brand assets

About you
You bring a passion for growing brands and a strong commercial mindset, along with:
- 4+ years' experience in Brand Management or Marketing
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience within Foodservice, FMCG or B2B environments
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and delivering results
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience translating insights into marketing actions that drive growth
- A proactive, agile approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
