Our client is a long-established irrigation and water-management specialist with more than 30 years' operating history, a national store network and services spanning design, supply, installation, service and repair. Their flagship Mount Gambier branch supports a predominantly agricultural customer base, with strong demand across service, projects and retail, and a reputation built over many years in the region.
About the role
This is a senior branch leadership role responsible for leading commercial performance, customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and people leadership across a team of approximately 30 staff. Joining an established leadership team, the Branch Manager will support managers, maintain high standards and ensure the branch continues to deliver quality irrigation and water-management solutions.
Benefits
- $150,000 - $180,000 + Super (base salary)

Duties
- Lead branch performance, revenue, margin, EBITDA and cost control
- Support managers across service, sales, projects and operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships across agricultural markets
- Oversee inventory, labour utilisation and operational discipline
- Manage escalated customer, supplier and employee matters
Skills & Experience
- Senior leadership in agribusiness, irrigation, civil or capital equipment
- Proven P&L ownership, financial analysis and cost-control capability
- Experience leading managers across ops, sales, service or trades
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build credibility with agricultural customers
- Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and full working rights
