Protech Are Seeking Experienced Tradespeople Protech is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters, and Electricians for exciting opportunities with Victoria’s largest precast manufacturing facility. These roles offer excellent earning potential, substantial weekly hours, and genuine long-term career prospects, including the opportunity to transition from a temporary assignment into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Location: Victoria’s Largest Precast Manufacturing Facility
Start Date: Immediate commencement available
Roster:
- Monday to Friday
- One Saturday per month
Shift Pattern
- 2-week rotating roster
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Employment Type: Casual with genuine Temp-to-Permanent opportunities
Pay Rate: From $55.84 per hour plus applicable penalties and allowances

To Be Successful You Will Have
- Relevant trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter, or Electrician
- Previous experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening
