BIM Coordinator
- Drive the digital delivery of Rawson projects as a BIM Coordinator.
- Administer Autodesk Forma and coordinate BIM processes across teams.

You'll lead Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud) processes, maintain Revit and BIM standards, improve data quality and support project teams to deliver better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Administer Autodesk Forma
- Coordinate BIM processes across design, estimating and construction teams
- Create and maintain Revit models, families, templates and project information
- Develop BIM standards, workflows and training materials
- Perform quality reviews and clash detection
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders
- Creating scripts and programs to automate workflows and maintenance of Revit files
Experience we'd love to see:
- Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role, ideally within construction or residential building
- Strong Autodesk Forma (ACC) administration experience
- Experience using PyRevit and Dynamo
- Advanced Revit skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of residential construction and project delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proven knowledge in script writing and coding using Python, C# or Revit API knowledge
- Experience using AI to help implement automations
Qualifications and experience
- Qualification in Construction Management, Drafting, Engineering, BIM or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant BIM certification highly regarded
